Official Instructions: Be sure to pick your backgrounds/blocks FIRST. This is essential. For example if you want to use a background choose it first before your block, letters, etc. If you don't want to use a background choose your block first before letters etc. Basically do everything in the order you see. After you are done press on the "Prt Sc" (could be "Print Scrn" or "Print Screen") button on your keyboard. You will see nothing happen this is normal. Now pick an graphics program like Paint Shop Pro (if you have it) or Microsoft Paint and right click the area and click on paste. You should see your blinkie. You must crop it so it will look right. Repeat if necessary, especially if you want to have an animated blinkie effect. It's your choice. Then save. If you have any questions don't be afraid to email me. But I still will not make you a blinkie.
